Established over 55 years ago, Transonic has grown to become a leading provider
of services to the airline and travel industry. Transonic has operations in
Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia and North America. Transonic's business
units provide products and services ranging from air tickets wholesaling and
airline sales representation to tour wholesaling.
Transonic sought to reconcile and streamline the management of its group of
sites. Communication of design and the complexity of a changing set of
functional requirements meant that the system needed to be robust and flexible.
Distinct Solution
Distinct is currently redeveloping a group of sites owned by Transonic
International Travel accompanied by a fully integrated content management
system developed exclusively by Distinct. Distinct has created a rich content
management system to manage multiple sites used by the Transonic business.
